Order volume can outpace company growth, which provides an opportunity for Deer Valley Transportation to provide additional services. Direct response services are designed to support the number of orders that come in through direct contact, including phone calls. Clients do not have to worry about hiring or training additional employees to meet these demands. Best West Direct offers many other services in addition to the order fulfillment that is offered through the Arizona distribution center.

Call Center

• All phone calls to the client’s toll-free number are routed to the call center at Deer Valley Transportation. Customer service representatives answer with the client’s business name.

• All orders are taken while following the best practices associated with stellar customer service.

• Customers will believe they have reached the client’s customer service department, and they will never know they have spoken with Deer Valley Transportation.

Payment Processing

Clients have the option to process customer payments for orders prior to approval. Deer Valley Transportation offers payment processing services to clients through the Arizona fulfillment center. Many different payment types can be processed on behalf of the client, including:

• Credit cards – Our order processing system will link to the client’s existing credit card processing merchant account. As credit card payments are approved and accepted, the funds are deposited directly into the customer’s bank account. Payments for orders are received as orders are received and fulfilled.

• Checks – All personal checks that are sent with product orders are received by Deer Valley Transportation. As part of the order fulfillment process, the checks are sent directly to the client’s bank for deposit.

• Collections – Clients have the option of billing customers for ordered items. Deer Valley Transportation can print and mail monthly statements. Whenever a customer falls behind the payment schedule, reminder calls will be made to collect over-due account balances.

Clients can request the direct response services that meet their business needs. These options provide valuable services without staffing and space requirements. Deer Valley Transportation provides exceptional service in the name of the client so that end customers assume every part of their experience is being handled by the client.
